Meet Jeff Boettcher

I founded Hexis Partners with a simple conviction: when Christian leaders flourish, God's Kingdom advances.

Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of leading in business, nonprofit organizations, churches, and professional sports. Along the way, I've learned that while every organization faces unique challenges, lasting impact is always rooted in healthy leadership.

My experience includes serving as the #1 nationally ranked Senior Account Executive at a Fortune 500 company, founding multiple nonprofit organizations, planting and pastoring a thriving church, serving as a board president, coaching executive leaders, and serving as Team Chaplain for the Philadelphia Phillies. These experiences have shaped my understanding of what it takes to cast vision, build healthy teams, navigate change, raise resources, and lead organizations through seasons of both opportunity and adversity.

Today, I partner with Christian leaders in any sector to help them cultivate greater capacity for Kingdom impact. My passion is not simply helping organizations grow, but helping leaders steward their calling faithfully and build organizations that bear lasting fruit for the people and communities they serve for the glory of God.
